Chibley Farm Stud & Equestrian Centre Livery Agreement

The owners of the above farm accept no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to persons or property.

We undertake to care for your horse/pony to the best of our ability (If your horse has a known behavioural problem we need to be made aware of this fact, and we reserve the right to change its box, staff or equipment for the better of the horse and our handling of it). We ask that you have your animal and equipment insured.

Worming: ‑ We currently use an appropriate wormer. You are quite welcome to administer this yourself if you wish, you are also quite welcome to purchase this as long as you keep to our times. After worming horses will not go out to graze the next day.

Shoeing: ‑ We have our own farrier who comes in regularly, you will need to discuss your needs with us regarding regularity. No horse must exceed 8 weeks. If your horse is seen to regularly throw a shoe we reserve the right to change the length of time between shoeings for the benefit of the horse and ease of communication with our farrier.

We reserve the right to isolate your horse in the event of it showing signs of disease or illness, and we will call the vet if we cannot contact yourself (In an emergency we will call the vet first).

Payment: ‑ Monthly in advance a late payment may incur interest, non payment will after 1 month incur your horse and equipment being valued, we reserve the right to sell to regain monies owed, anything outstanding will be given to yourself.
